1 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp salt

Black pepper Black pepper

1/2 tsp black pepper

Garlic powder Garlic powder

1/2 tsp garlic powder

Paprika Paprika

1/2 tsp paprika (optional)


Preparation method

    Prepare the chicken

    Pat the chicken dry with paper towels.

    Season

    In a bowl, toss the chicken with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika until evenly coated.

    Preheat

    Preheat the air fryer to 180°C (350°F) for 3–5 minutes.

    First cook

    Place the chicken in the basket in a single layer. Cook for 15 minutes. Add BBQ sauce. Remove the chicken and brush it generously with BBQ sauce.

    Finish cooking

    Return to the air fryer and cook at 200°C (400°F) for 5–10 more minutes, until fully cooked and caramelized.

    Serve

    Let the chicken rest for 3–5 minutes before serving.
