SCROLL DOWN
All-purpose flour
1 cup all-purpose flour (16 tablespoons)
Unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder (8 tablespoons)
Sugar
3/4 cup sugar (12 tablespoons)
Salt
4 pinches of salt
Milk
3/4 cup milk (12 tablespoons)
Vegetable oil
1/2 cup vegetable oil or melted butter (8 tablespoons)
Vanilla extract
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Chocolate chips
1/4 – 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)
20 min.
In a bowl or divided directly into your mugs, combine the flour, cocoa powder, sugar, and salt.
Add the milk, oil or melted butter, and vanilla extract. Mix the batter thoroughly until it is smooth.
Evenly distribute the batter into four mugs. Be sure to fill them only halfway to avoid any overflow during cooking.
Sprinkle chocolate chips on top or mix them into each mug if you want extra chocolatey goodness.
Preheat your air fryer to 180°C (350°F) for about 3 minutes.
Place one or two mugs in the basket at a time, depending on the size of your air fryer. Cook for 8 minutes for a fudgy texture or up to 10 minutes for a more cake-like consistency.
Let each mug rest for 2–3 minutes before serving to allow the brownie to set.
Avoid overcrowding the air fryer to ensure proper air circulation, and rotate the mugs halfway through if your unit heats unevenly. For a molten effect, add a square of chocolate or Nutella to the center, and serve topped with ice cream or whipped cream.
