Mix warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5–10 minutes until foamy.
Combine flour and salt. Add egg, butter, and yeast mixture. Knead for 8–10 minutes until smooth. Cover and let rise for 45 minutes.
Roll the dough into a rectangle. Spread butter, sprinkle sugar, and cinnamon. Roll tightly and cut into 6–8 pieces.
Preheat air fryer to 170°C (340°F). Place rolls on parchment paper. Cook for 10–12 minutes until golden.
Mix powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla. Drizzle over warm rolls.
