1–2 tbsp milk - (for Glaze)

Brown sugar Brown sugar

1/4 cup brown sugar - (for Filling)

Cinnamon Cinnamon

1 tbsp cinnamon - (for Filling)

Softened butter Softened butter

2 tbsp softened butter - (for Filling)

Sugar powder Sugar powder

1/2 cup powdered sugar - (for Glaze)

Vanilla extract Vanilla extract

1/2 tsp vanilla extract - (for Glaze)


Preparation method

    Activate yeast

    Mix warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5–10 minutes until foamy.

    Make the dough

    Combine flour and salt. Add egg, butter, and yeast mixture. Knead for 8–10 minutes until smooth. Cover and let rise for 45 minutes.

    Shape rolls

    Roll the dough into a rectangle. Spread butter, sprinkle sugar, and cinnamon. Roll tightly and cut into 6–8 pieces.

    Air fry

    Preheat air fryer to 170°C (340°F). Place rolls on parchment paper. Cook for 10–12 minutes until golden.

    Glaze

    Mix powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla. Drizzle over warm rolls.
