These Air Fryer Cinnamon Rolls are a faster and easier version of the classic bakey-style treat. The air fryer creates rolls that are soft, fluffy, and lightly golden on the outside, while the cinnamon sugar filling melts into a rich, aromatic swirl. They are finished with a smooth, sweet glaze that melts perfectly over the warm rolls.

In a small bowl, combine: warm milk, yeast, and 1 teaspoon sugar. Let it sit for 8-10 minutes until foamy.
In a large bowl, mix: flour, sugar, salt. Add: egg, melted butter, yeast mixture. Mix until a dough forms. Knead for 8-10 minutes until the dough becomes smooth and elastic.
Place the dough in a lightly greased bowl. Cover with a towel and let it rest for 40-45 minutes, or until doubled in size.
On a lightly floured surface, roll the dough into a rectangle approximately 30 x 40 cm (12 x 16 inches).
Spread the soft butter over the dough. Mix the brown sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle evenly across the dough.
Roll the dough tightly from the long side. Cut into 8 equal rolls.
Place the rolls in a small pan lined with parchment paper. Set the air fryer to 170°C(340°F). Cook for 10-12 minutes until golden and cooked through. Chef tip: If the tops brown too quickly, lightly cover with foil.
In a bowl, mix: powdered sugar, melted butter, cream cheese, vanilla, and milk. Whisk until smooth and creamy.
Pour the glaze over the warm cinnamon rolls so it melts slightly into the swirls.
Soft and fluffy interior, lightly caramelized exterior, rich cinnamon aroma, smooth sweet glaze.
For extra-fluffy cinnamon rolls, let the sliced rolls rest for 10 minutes before air-frying so they can proof slightly again.
