2 ripe avocados
Plain Greek yogurt (unsweetened)
1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt (unsweetened)
Onion finely chopped
1/4 cup finely chopped white onion
Diced tomato (seeds removed)
1 medium tomato, diced (seeds removed)
Serrano peppers finely chopped
1 serrano or jalapeño pepper, finely chopped (optional)
Cilantro chopped
2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
Lime juice
Juice of 1 lime
Salt
Salt to taste

Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a bowl. Mash with a fork until mostly smooth, leaving some chunks for texture.
Add the Greek yogurt to the bowl and mix until fully combined and smooth.
Stir in the finely chopped onion, tomato, chili, and fresh cilantro.
Add lime juice and salt to taste. Mix gently to combine all the ingredients.
Taste and adjust the seasoning if needed. Serve immediately or chill for 15–20 minutes to allow the flavors to enhance.
